About Xcel Property Group

The company was founded in 2008 and operated under the name JNS Aluminium for a period of five years and in 2014 we operated under the new name AP Aluminium ( African Pride Aluminium). We operated in the aluminium industry until we decided to join the construction industry because we were not happy with the inferior work that we came across when doing installations.

We wanted to protect our work to look professional but in most cases the brickwork by contractors or builders were not complementing our work. We always strive for perfection and realize that we continue to be disappointed by brickwork and scew walls.

We then came to a decision to get into the Construction industry so that we can protect our work and to deliver work of a superior standard that will satisfy the client. A dear friend from Califonia sent me a proposal to join the Estate industry so that we could partner in new developments and be part of this industry. Because we were striving for excellence, we then decided to change the name of the company to Xcel Property Group which is part of the Xcel Group of Companies which is the holding Company.

I had to join Leapfrog Property Group as an Intern and thank Martin Chermaly (Principal) for their support throughout the period of 2015 to 2016 under his Mentorship.

We have one office in Gauteng JHB South and the second one in KZN Leisure Bay, we intend to take this agency to all the provinces.
